  • I began teaching 2nd grade at Loachapoka Elementary in 2004.
  • I have been the Grade Level Representative for Second Grade since 2005.

    • I have been married for eighteen years to the love of my life.
    • We have four children, two boys and two girls. They are 16, 15, 6, and 4. My teenagers run cross country and track. We are busy all the time with their activities.
    • I am a proud Auburn Tiger fan and alumni! WAR EAGLE!
  • The most enjoyable aspect of teaching, besides working with the precious children in the Loachapoka community, is partnering with parents to help their children reach their highest potential! I have met many wonderful parents and families through the years at LES. I plan to get to know many more with each passing year. I know that together we will make a difference in the future of this community, this state, this nation, and this world. :)
